1.Only registered members are allowed to enter or vote in the contests
2.Pictures must have been taken by the one that enters it.
3.Only one post (unless otherwise specified) per entry and only one entry per member. Multiple entries will be deleted.
4.Keep the photo's down to a decent size. No bigger than 640x480 or smaller if you wish.
5.Some photo editing is acceptable such as sharpening an image, adding smoke or steam, adding sky or maybe smoothing out the abrupt edge of a layout.
