2X3 Foot Fold Down Layout

Ok...While doing some web surfing, I came across this small layout.

The layout is mounted to the wall in a cabinet & folds down for operation.

The layout is 2X3' with a split scene, seperated by a back drop.
It's industrial on one side & country on the other side.

I found this layout featured on a N Scale layout tour dvd here;

I have ordered this dvd, I may consider doing a small layout like this for myself. ;D
