ive been away from model trains for a while but now im back my question is bachmann trains I bought 2 engines about 1990 they were the worst engines i ever had could hardly get either to run both are now in my junk box anyone else had this problem or have they gotten better over the years? I forgot to mention scale N

i think we do both have the same problem with bachmann, in fact, i have now 3 junk engines in my compartment. the worst thing is, each engine has the same problem. anyone interested buying junk stuff?
