Shortover Yard In HO

I'm posting this for our good friend shortliner Jack.....

Welcome to Shortover Yard in HO.
Basically this switching layout is 3 tracks with a traverser.
The traverser was designed to hold a 44 Tonner & 1 40ft. car, but things could be made larger for your needs and done in any scale.
The layout splits into 2 pieces at the overpass for easy storage or transport. The overpass also helps hide the traverser.





Jack Trollope is an avid switching/shunting layout builder. He can be found on lots of forums and groups around the web, sharing his knowledge with others. Take the time to have a chat with him sometimes, I have.
